Rental Rules & Regulations
You must be 24 years or older to rent boats
- If you were born on or after January 1, 1986, you must possess a valid Arkansas boaters license (Boaters Education Card) to operate the boat
- One piece of water equipment/tow rope is included with the rental but additional pieces (Wakeboard, Skis, Kneeboard, Tube) can be added using the Add On feature
- There is a $50.00 cleaning fee if the rental is returned excessively dirty
- For every 15 minutes past scheduled time of return there is a late fee double the hourly rate
- On the day of rental, a copy will be made of all operators Drivers License, Credit Card, and Boaters License (If applicable)
No pets, grilling or fishing (fishing is acceptable only on the fishing models)
No beaching the rental boats or tying to other vessels. Vessel must be kept at least 100 Feet from other watercraft and 300 Feet from shore.
- We do not provide anchors or ropes for anchors
- We provide all life jackets and we will provide fitted life vests for passengers tubing, skiing, or wakeboarding
Kids 12 and under must wear a lifejacket at all times – THIS IS THE LAW
Anyone under tow on water equipment must have a lifejacket on
Cancellation Policy
No refunds for cancellations on reservations on April 8, 2024 (Day of Eclipse)
- 72 hours (3 days) or more required to receive full refund less $100 cancellation fee
- Less than 72 hours – no refunds issued
